Delivery & Returns
If you are waiting for your order, you can track your delivery using the details provided in your confirmation email. Or else, you can always get in touch via email.
Orders placed before 1pm will usually be dispatched on the same day. If you need your order to be delivered on a certain day, or would like us to delay postage, leave us a message in the ‘notes’ area of the checkout page.
Transit times are always given in working days, and can be subject to customs delays. For international orders. who give complete peace of mind with their tracked service. Please provide your mobile number when prompted at the checkout, as this will ensure that you receive delivery information and additional options via SMS as well as email.
- We hope that you’re happy with your new purchase, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite the perfect fit.
- You can return any unworn items to us within 3 days for a refund, or within 7 days for an exchange.
- All items must be unworn and with the original tag.
- We do not accept unreasonable cancellation requests.
- If the buyer needs to return the goods. The buyer bears the return shipping costs. Buyers will only be eligible for a refund after we receive the return.
- Special products and large discount orders cannot be returned.
- Once your order has entered the warehouse packing process or the package is in transit, we do not accept cancellation requests.
- Buyers must choose the correct size model. We do not accept returns based on the wrong size.
- If we find that the buyer maliciously returns the goods. Returns on the grounds of minor defects will be rejected.
- We are not responsible for returned packages that may be lost or stolen in transit. Please keep proof of shipping and return tracking number when returning returns.
